Hawa is an Attorney and Counselor at Law admitted in New York State, where she worked for 10 years specializing in civil litigation. This experience taught her to work in an organized, productive and professional manner, to pay attention to detail, to think and act quickly and strategically, to meet strict deadlines and to operate within the framework of a team. Hawa returned to Sierra Leone in 2007 and worked with the UNDP and the Chief Justice’s Office and she also undertakes independent consultancy work. During her tenure as the Company Secretary for a private sector Telecommunications Company, she established the legal and became the first head of the legal department. Hawa is also the founder and Art Director of the The Barray: Contemporary Visual Artists’ Alliance.

Delips S. AllieuPost Graduate Diploma, Sexual and Reproductive Health, Diploma in Community medicine and Community Health

Delips has over 20 years’ experience in project management and M&E, in designing and implementing projects and programme evaluations across a wide range of development and livelihoods areas. He is highly interested in the areas of quality of care in a bid to bridge the gap between outputs and outcome, value for money and impact. Has significant experience of working for donors for both development and emergency continuums, including, NORAD, USAID, DFID, EC and World Bank. Between 2013 and 2017, led the M&E unit for the implementation of the nationwide DFID funded ‘’Improving Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health programme(IRMNH) by UNICEF, UNFPA and Marie Stopes Sierra Leone. Options consultancy services managed this programme and it was rated A+ at the end of programme review/evaluation. Has strong capacity building skills and was actively involved in building the capacity of MoHS staff in the Health Management Information system in Sierra Leone.   In 2019, he was a Dalan Consultant for an FHI 360 / BRAC Labor Market Commissioned Qualitative Assessment

Daniel KamaraMSc Public Health, Njala University, BSc Ed (Biological Sciences), Njala University

Daniel has over a decade’s operations research experience in health, agriculture, gender, extractive industry, water and sanitation, and education. He also has experience in the delivery of technical assistance in reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescents’ health (RMNCAH). He has led programme evaluations for local and international bilateral and multilateral organizations supporting the delivery of quality health interventions in Sierra Leone.  He is proficient in the use of data management packages, such as the Statistical Package for Social Scientist (SPSS).

 

Ibrahim KamaraBSc Social Science and Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Social Statistics and Demography.

Ibrahim started his career with Dalan in 2012 as a field enumerator, progressed to the level of a field supervisor and has recently been elevated to the position of Associate Consultant.  He has worked on several Dalan evaluation-related projects across different sectors including Agriculture, Education, Gender, Governance, Health and the Extractive Sector.  Ibrahim was a member of the Dalan Consulting Team for the 2020 UNDP commissioned assignment to undertake a socio-economic impact assessment of COVID-19 on businesses (micro & small) in the Informal Sector in Sierra Leone.  the worked as was Before joining Dalan, Mr Kamara worked as a school teacher, a college lecturer as well as a bank clerk.

Raymond Rashid MomohM.Sc. Agricultural Education and Training, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture Extension and Rural Sociology

Raymond a trained and qualified Agriculturist, Extensionist, Rural Sociologist & Community Development practitioner with excellent knowledge and skills in behavior change communications & extension agency. Raymond has at least eighteen (18) years’ experience in integrated social work, with both national and international non-governmental organizations and/or humanitarian and other development agencies. His overall experiences include design & development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of agricultural, educational and other community development initiatives. ; with knowledge in teaching, research and community out-reach;  management and supervision. He has experience in integrated pond-based aquaculture and agriculture; youth-led empowerment and livelihoods’ skills trainings for vulnerable persons or groups (girls & women generally); warehouse management, stock control procedures and general logistics.

 

Bailah MollehMsc. Research and Public Policy, BSc Hons in Social Sciences and Law

Bailah is a mixed-method researcher with an emphasis on Qualitative Research. His experience includes data collection, research administration, data management and analysis, facilitating research collaboration and dissemination. His work cuts across several sectors including security, governance, human rights, gender, youth and health system strengthening. He has worked with public, private and international organisations and he is currently supporting several research projects in Sierra Leone.
Bailah has extensive experience working as a data analyst using both qualitative and quantitative tools. He is conversant with Excel Framework, Nvivo, Powerbi and STATA and Arcgis. Bailah is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Research and Public Policy.
