Agnes Pessima has over 20 years’ experience in international development, specializing in research and training, with a particular focus on gender issues. Based in Sierra Leone, she has implemented research studies on improving women’s participation in income-generating projects, in addition to a pilot study on women’s self-perception and attitudes.

Abu Bakarr Kamara is a high‐performing, strategic‐thinking professional with more than four years of experience in teaching and research in a University setting. He is a highly skilled researcher in the use of qualitative and qualitative research methods to strengthen programmes and systems, across different sectors.

Sebastian Kevany- MPH, BA and MA – Sebastian has conducted over 100 missions to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, with a particular focus on conflict and post-conflict settings, conducting evaluation, diplomatic, and representative duties.

Robert is a Development and Programme Planning Specialist and has over 10 years of experience providing training as a faculty member in the tertiary education sector. He also provides technical assistance to international and national organizations.
